Can I really sell without being in Guelph? +

What if the property still has tenants? +
Tenanted properties can absolutely be sold during a relocation — they require careful handling under Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act, particularly around access for showings and notice requirements. We’ve managed many tenanted relocation sales and know exactly how to operate within the RTA while still running an effective listing campaign. We handle all tenant communication on your behalf.
How do I handle the contents of the home? +
This is often the biggest practical challenge of a relocation sale. We connect you with trusted movers, storage facilities, estate sale professionals, and junk removal services in Guelph. If you’ve already moved, we can coordinate access and oversee the process on your behalf. The home will be ready for listing whether you’re here or not.
How quickly can you get my home on the market? +
